Arrival-Cairo
Africa Travellers airport representative will be waiting for you at Cairo airport, holding a sign with your name and will help you through the immigration and customs. He transfer you to your hotel with a private A/C vehicle. During your transfer, our representative will provide you with very helpful information about the whole trip so that your trip is the best it can be and then you have the opportunity to ask any questions. Arrival to your hotel and our Representative will help you with check in process.

Visit the Great Pyramids and Egyptian Museum
After Breakfast, you will meet your personal Tour guide who will accompany you to visit great pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, Mykerinus, Sphinx and it’s valley temple. Then you will get to visit the Egyptian Museum which displays a rare collection of 5000 years of art and be amazed with the treasures of Tutankhamen .Return to your hotel. There are various activities you can do in the evening like a sound and light show or dinner cruise or Cairo night tour. Just ask your guide any information you wish to know about any point of interest.

Nile Cruise (East bank)
Early morning transfer to the domestic airport, Departure by the plane to Luxor, upon Arrival to Luxor Airport our Tour guide will be waiting for you, our guide will accompany you to another wonderful experience, a 5 star Nile cruise. Enjoy a touch of sunbathing and delight yourself with the views on both sides of the Nile as you travel through Egypt. Then Start your Tour visiting Karnak and Luxor Temples

Nile Cruise(West Bank)
(Optional ) Enjoy a Luxor Balloon tour over Luxor city and Nile River’s west bank. then back to your Cruise and after Breakfast on Board, our Tour guide will accompany you to Visit the Valley of the Kings entering 3 fascinating tombs, later on you will head to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, before being transferred back to your Nile Cruise there will be a Photo Stop by the Colossi of Memnon. Nile Cruise( Edu- Kom Onbo Temples)
After Breakfast on Board, our guide will accompany you to visit the best preserved temples in Egypt, you will start your tour by visiting Edfu Temple which is called as Hours Temple, then you will be transferred back to your cruise, while having your Lunch, the Cruise will sail to Kom Ombo, upon arrival to Kom Ombo you will visit Kom Ombo Temple which was dedicated to the worshipping of gods Sobek and Haeroris. Continue sailing to Aswan. Relax and enjoy dinner – very often there is evening entertainment

Nile Cruise (Aswan)
After breakfast, ( Optional ) Departures by A/C Vehicle to Abu Simbel visit the Temple of Abu Simbel back to Aswan, The colossal Temple of Abu Simbel built by Ramses II (XIXth. Dynasty) and lately saved from inundation of the Nile waters in among the glories of ancient Egyptian monuments. The temples were built out of a sandstone rock cliff, and representation of the deities to which each was dedicated is carved on its huge façade. Nearby, also saved, lies the small Temple of the King’s wife Nefertari, dedicated to the goddess Hathor. Then back to Aswan Relax and enjoy dinner. Overnight in Cruise in Aswan,M/S Blue Shadow
Back to Cairo
After breakfast, you will be guided to a Day in Aswan starting with a visit to the High Dam then you will visit Temple of Philae, which have been rebuilt on Egilica Island after the construction on the high Dam and was devoted to the two goddesses Isis and Hathor, end your Tour in Aswan by visiting the Unfinished Obelisk, which shows how the pharos constructed the magnificent Obelisks, then our Representative will transfer you to Aswan Domestic Airport, Departure by the plane to Cairo, upon at Cairo Airport our Representative will be waiting for you, and he will take you to your Hotel in Cairo. Final Departure
After breakfast, our tour guide will be waiting for you at Hotel lobby and he will take you to Cairo Airport for Final Departure and he will assist you with immigration and customs.

The answer is NO. You don’t have to make any payment at time of reservation. When you submit your reservation ,our team or trip specialist will schedule a phone call with you and he/she will give you all the necessary information needed for you to partake in the tour. All passengers must have a payment confirmation to take a COVID-19 test, at the passenger’s expense (US $ 150) upon arrival at the airport in Ghana, made at My Frontier Healthcare website. All passengers must provide proof that this arrival test has been paid for in advance of departure. This will be checked prior to boarding the flight. - In order to travel outside the united states or visit Africa, U.S. Canadian and UK citizens need a valid passport with an expiration date extending at least six months beyond the date of reentry.

Tour Pace
- You will walk for at least 30minutes- an hour daily across mostly flat terrain, including cobblestone streets, with few hills or stairs.
- Travelers should be healthy enough to participate in all included walks without assistance.
- You should feel comfortable managing your own baggage at times, but our team members are always available to assist with your luggage through the tour.
- Africa Travellers and the Tour Director or guide who accompanies your group are unable to provide special, individual mobility assistance to travelers on tour. The responsibility of the Tour Director and Guide is to ensure the group as a whole enjoys a relaxing and informative journey, and he or she cannot be relied upon to provide ongoing, individualized assistance to any one traveler.

Transportation & Arrival Information
- Round-trip flights will be privately booked by yourself since we currently do not offer group flights in our packages . Despite not offering group flight bookings, our team members are always available to help with your flight bookings when needed.
- Upon arrival, a representative from Africa Travellers will meet you at the airport and take you to your hotel. Our representative will be holding a sign for easy identification.
- Transfers to and from the airport to all destinations are included in any trip you book with us .
Clothing & Packing Tips
- We recommend packing lightweight, loose-fitting clothing that can be easily layered to accommodate varying temperatures.
- A sturdy pair of walking shoes or sneakers is recommended for sightseeing and tours .
- One luggage bag and a carry on is recommended .If you bring two or more luggages above 50kg it will attract a loading and unloading fee of $80.00
Health & Vaccinations
- There are no major health risks associated with traveling any of our Africa destinations.
- At least 60 days prior to departure, check with your doctor or healthcare provider for the latest updates and entry requirements, or visit the Center for Disease Control and Prevention website at cdc.gov.
- Please note: Yellow fever certificate is required for most Africa destinations. You can call our team for all the necessary health requirements you will need.
- If you have medication that you take daily, be sure you have enough for each day of the tour as well as any possible delays encountered.
- If you have dietary restrictions and/or food allergies please notify Africa Travellers at least 30 days prior to departure by simply giving us a call .
Travel Insurance
If you are travelling overseas, or even domestically, taking out Travel insurance is highly recommended by the Africa Travellers Team. If you require medical attention while travelling, you may be liable for the cost of your treatment if you do not have travel insurance. Even though this isn’t a requirement before traveling we will recommend you purchase a travel insurance for your own safety and coverage.
Electricity & Air-conditioning
- We recommend packing a universal adapter, as well as a voltage converter if you plan on using your own hairdryer or other device without a built-in converter.
- There are air-conditions in all the facilities or hotels we accommodate our travelers with.
- Your hotel may provide irons, and other small appliances. However, these amenities cannot be guaranteed.
Internet Connectivity
- Wi-Fi is available in all the hotels we accommodate our travelers with .
- There is no Wi-Fi on any of our buses.
- Please contact your mobile service provider for information on roaming charges if needed.
Currency & Money Exchange
- Better rates of exchange are usually available in that Africa country. You can easily exchange your money to a local currency at the airport upon arrival . Our Tour Guide at Africa Travellers will gladly assist you as needed.
- We strongly advise that you take debit/bank cards and credit cards, which can be used to withdraw cash at local banks as needed.( VISA & MASTERCARDS)
- You can use most debit/credit cards at ATMs on the international networks , but make sure to check with your home bank about international withdrawal fees and restrictions.
- Inform your bank and credit card company of your travel plans so that they won’t confuse your international purchases for fraudulent charges.
- International banks and businesses primarily accept debit and credit cards that work with the EMV chip system. If you do not already have at least one debit or credit card with a chip in it, we strongly recommend requesting one from your bank prior to your tour.
